Mr. Tuttle joined Encino in 2018 and serves as the Senior Exploration Manager. Prior to Encino, Mr. Tuttle spent 5 years as the Sr. Exploration Manager at Halcon Resources and was responsible for evaluating unconventional resource plays throughout North America. In 2005, Mr. Tuttle joined Petrohawk Resources. Mr. Tuttle was responsible for Petrohawk’s position in the DeWitt/Karnes Cos. portion of the Eagle Ford and Petrohawk’s early entry into the Permian basin. Mr. Tuttle started in 1978 as an offshore field geologist. Since then he has worked at various public and private companies involved in both conventional and unconventional plays. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from North Carolina State University.
